When you are so angry that you feel you are ready to punch someone, you know it’s time for a little reflection and a personality detox.
With work life stressing you out, the adaptation to adulthood and everything that goes along with it, it’s easy to get lost in all the complications in life and resort to not being your best self. The thing is, when you are in a tight spot, your true colours come out and it doesn’t always paint a pretty picture.
After recently experiencing a bad day (starting with an awful tasting juice and ending with public transport failing me completely) I realized my anger and frustration at something so futile isn’t attractive at all, and it needs to change.
So, behold the ABC of Self-improvement. Change (that lasts) doesn’t happen overnight, so I decided to take it one step at a time. The Alphabet will guide me through subtle, but attitude-shifting changes. Hopefully they’ll inspire you to do the same 🙂
None of us are perfect, but when you try to be better, the effort alone is testament to our dedication to become a better person.
